     The final molding of castings is mainly formed by the cooling and solidification of liquid metal. Therefore, two aspects of the control need to be paid attention to in the casting manufacturing process.

(1) Casting dimensional accuracy and surface roughness control

The purpose of controlling the solidification structure of castings is to obtain the desired structure. The established methods for effective tissue control include deterioration, inoculation, dynamic formation, sequential coagulation, and rapid coagulation.
